Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in INR. Payments are securely processed via Cashfree Payments. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud or incorrect information.

Products

Etherkart offers 3D printed gaming accessories and collectibles. Due to the nature of 3D printing, slight variations in color or finish may occur and are not considered defects. Customized products are not eligible for return unless damaged during delivery.

Shipping

We currently ship within India only. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or external factors beyond our control.

Replacements

Replacements are provided only if the product arrives damaged or the wrong item is delivered. You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video proof.

Liability

Etherkart’s liability is limited to the value of the purchased product. We are not responsible for indirect losses or delays caused by third-party services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
